The Royale Apartments was once a relatively nice place to live and work, with several offices taking up the first floor, and the upper floors residential. Now the building is a little more than a burnt out shell. It is now home only to junkies and squatters. Popular rumor is that there used to be a small dorpher gang that claimed the area, and Stomp trapped them in the building and burned the place down… now it stands as a lesson to anyone else who stands in Stomps way.
